{"id":54,"date":"2023-07-12T17:50:43","date_gmt":"2023-07-12T17:50:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.selas.us\/FOTAS2024\/?page_id=54"},"modified":"2024-07-03T16:07:38","modified_gmt":"2024-07-03T16:07:38","slug":"vendor-rooms","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.selas.us\/FOTAS2024\/vendors\/vendor-rooms\/","title":{"rendered":"Vendor Rooms"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group animated slideInUp\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Vendor areas are available for FOTAS 2024.&nbsp; The vendor room will be in the spacious Sedona 1 room as well as two of the Sierra conference rooms.&nbsp; The room will tentatively be open for set up at 4 PM on Friday (maybe earlier) and then open to the public at 5 PM.&nbsp; The room will also be open on Saturday with a required take down on Sunday morning.&nbsp; The room will be locked when not in use.&nbsp; See the schedule for a full listing of hours.&nbsp; Here are some of the details:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each space in SEDONA is 9\u2032 x 11\u2032<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each space in SIERRA is approximately 13&#8242; x 24&#8242;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Available tables are 8\u2032 x 2.5\u2032<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chairs will be available<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electricity will be available<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vendor shipments may be sent to the hotel ahead of the event; however, SELAS takes no responsibility for these packages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vendors are free to attend the speaker sessions; however, the vendor room will&nbsp;<strong>not<\/strong>&nbsp;be locked during the sessions.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"animated slideInUp\"><em>Note: Tables supplied are folding tables and will not be able to support large aquariums.&nbsp; If you plan to use aquariums, please bring appropriate aquarium stands (there is a Home Depot down the street).
